3. Orders & Payments

Payment Terms

• Payment schedule is specified in the accepted quotation or contract
• Typically: 50% upfront and 50% upon delivery for large projects
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer, cheques, or approved electronic payment
• Late payment may result in service suspension or late fees as specified in the contract

4. Warranty & Maintenance

• All products sold come with an official manufacturer warranty
• The warranty covers manufacturing defects but not damage caused by misuse
• Installation and cabling work is warranted for one year from delivery date
• Annual maintenance contracts are optional and available at competitive prices

5. Limitation of Liability

Ibtikar shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the contract or product in dispute.

We are not liable for any service interruption caused by force majeure or factors beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website including texts, images, graphics, and trademarks are the property of Ibtikar or our licensed content providers. They may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In the event of any dispute, both parties shall seek an amicable resolution within 30 days, failing which it shall be referred to the competent judicial authority in Riyadh.

8. Amendments

Ibtikar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Active users will be notified of material changes via email or through a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the website after amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of them.
