“How much does an interactive screen cost?” has no single answer — size alone does not decide it. An 86-inch panel with no camera and no microphones is not a substitute for a smaller display that carries a complete meeting system inside it.
What you are actually paying for
An interactive meeting display differs from an ordinary screen in three ways: a built-in camera and microphone array, Microsoft Teams certification that lets it run without a separate PC, and on-screen annotation shared live with remote participants.
A cheap panel gives you touch and nothing else. You then buy a camera, a speakerphone and a mini-PC separately — a higher total, and four devices to maintain instead of one.

Choosing the size
Practical rule: the farthest seat should be no more than six times the screen height away. A 5-metre-deep room needs at least 65 inches; an 8-metre room needs 86.
Do not oversize either. Someone seated two metres from an 86-inch panel cannot take in the whole screen and will strain to read it.
Interactive screen or full room system?
If the room is used for presenting, annotating and screen sharing, the interactive display is enough. If it runs daily video meetings with branches or clients, read the meeting room setup guide — a room bundle may cost less and fit better.
